Executive Functioning Coaching Tampa | ADHD & Student Advocacy
ADHD support and parent advocacy for neurodivergent families across the Tampa Bay area.
The LAUNCH Project FL provides executive functioning coaching, ADHD student support, and parent advocacy for families in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
Why families in Tampa choose us.
Tampa Bay families know that raising a neurodivergent child in a fast-growing region comes with unique pressures. From the competitive academics in Hillsborough County to the specialized programs in Pinellas County, capable students can still struggle to keep up — not because of ability, but because of executive functioning skill gaps. We serve families across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, and Riverview with coaching that meets your child where they are. Whether your student attends a Hillsborough County public school, a Pinellas magnet program, or you homeschool in the Tampa Bay area, we build personalized systems for organization, focus, and follow-through. We also guide Tampa parents through IEPs, 504 plans, and Gifted EPs with the confidence to advocate effectively at every school meeting.

Questions families in Tampa ask us.
Yes, we regularly support families in the Hillsborough County Public Schools system. We help parents understand their child's IEP or 504 plan, prepare for eligibility and annual review meetings, and advocate for appropriate accommodations and services. We are familiar with HCPS procedures and can help you navigate them with confidence.
We offer both in-person and virtual coaching for Tampa Bay families. In-person sessions are available for families in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, and nearby communities. Virtual coaching is available throughout Florida. Many Tampa families find that a combination works best — starting in-person and transitioning to virtual as progress builds.
Absolutely. Pinellas County has robust gifted programs, and many twice-exceptional students (gifted with a disability like ADHD or dyslexia) need support that addresses both their strengths and challenges. We help Tampa Bay families navigate Gifted EPs, combined IEPs, and the unique needs of twice-exceptional learners in Pinellas County Schools.
Many Tampa families do qualify. We are an approved Step Up For Students provider, and eligible families in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties may be able to use Family Empowerment Scholarship or Unique Abilities scholarship funds for our coaching and advocacy services. We recommend checking your specific eligibility with Step Up For Students directly.
Tutoring teaches subject matter — math, science, reading. Our coaching teaches the skills that make learning possible: how to start tasks, manage time, organize materials, regulate emotions, and plan ahead. Many Tampa students are bright but struggle because they lack these foundational executive functioning skills. We build those skills so tutoring (if needed) can actually work.
Yes. We work with homeschooling families throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding areas. We help you integrate executive functioning skills into your homeschool routine, design pacing and structure that works for neurodivergent learners, and build sustainable daily systems that reduce friction for both parent and child.
