Executive Functioning Coaching Jacksonville | ADHD & IEP Support
Student coaching and parent advocacy for neurodivergent families in Northeast Florida.
The LAUNCH Project FL offers executive functioning coaching, ADHD support, and parent advocacy for families in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and throughout Duval and St. Johns counties.
Why families in Jacksonville choose us.
Jacksonville families navigating Duval County Public Schools or St. Johns County School District know that even the best schools can struggle to meet every neurodivergent child's needs. Whether your child attends a magnet school in Jacksonville, a charter in St. Augustine, or you homeschool in Clay County, executive functioning challenges can make every school day feel like an uphill battle. We work with Jacksonville-area families to build the skills that school assumes students already have: how to organize materials, manage time, start tasks, and regulate emotions. Our coaching is personalized, practical, and designed around how your child actually thinks. For parents, we offer dedicated advocacy support to help you navigate IEPs, 504 plans, and Gifted EPs in Northeast Florida school districts — so you walk into every meeting prepared and confident.

Yes, we regularly support families in the Duval County Public Schools system. Absolutely. St. Johns County is known for strong academic programs, and many twice-exceptional and gifted students in this district need support that addresses both their abilities and their challenges.
