Advocating for the whole child.
The LAUNCH Project exists to advocate for children by addressing the whole child—academic, emotional, and social—through relationship-based support, safe learning environments, and courageous advocacy. We believe children thrive when they are seen, protected, and empowered to rise.

“If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to talk. Let's figure out together what your child actually needs.”
For neurodivergent students, school can feel like running a marathon without shoes.
Bright, capable kids are struggling — not because they lack potential, but because the system around them was not built for how their minds work.
What students experience:
They know the material but cannot show it on demand
Focus drifts — not because they do not care, but because their brain works differently
Frustration builds when the same strategies fail, again and again
They are told to 'try harder' when what they need is a different approach
Social situations feel confusing, overwhelming, or isolating
Emotional reactions are labeled as behavioral problems
Families watch their child go from curious and capable to frustrated, anxious, and convinced something is wrong with them.
What parents carry:
Guilt
Confusion
Exhaustion
Isolation
The LAUNCH Project exists to close that gap.
We do not separate the child into categories.
We look at the full picture:
Cognitive patterns
Emotional responses
Environmental demands
Current systems (or lack of them)
School expectations
Then we ask:
“What is actually getting in the way?”
“What would support look like if it truly fit this child?”
LAUNCH is how we
guide that change.
Every letter in LAUNCH represents a deliberate step in how we understand, support, and move forward with your child. This isn't a checklist — it's a relationship-based framework built around how your child actually thinks and learns.

Founder, The LAUNCH Project FL
Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience across educational settings, leadership roles, and student support systems.
She has worked inside schools, alongside families, and within complex educational environments.
She has seen what works — and what does not.
She also knows this journey personally. Diagnosed with ADHD in childhood, Jennifer has navigated executive functioning challenges her entire life — and brings that lived understanding into every family conversation.
The LAUNCH Project was created to provide support that is:
Thoughtful, not reactive
Relational, not transactional
Strategic, not generic
This work is not about fixing a child...
It is about understanding them well enough to support them effectively—and helping them move forward with confidence.
